Suggested usage

Use 1-2 tablespoons (5-10g) of creatine every morning on empty stomach. Take 4 tabs* of GH max 15min prior to training and 3 tablets before sleeping time. The span between the last meal (or amino acids or whey) and GH max should be at least one hour so the best condition for body GH secretion is enabled. 

*When doing threshold or anaerobic training, you can take up to 6 tablets of GH max, since arginine works best in anaerobic conditions. Make sure that combined amount of GH max does not exceed 8 tabs per day.

Use 1-2 scoops of Milky Shake Whey immediately after training.
