Amino acids pack
Disolve 1-2 scoops of BCAA in 500-800ml of water and drink it during the training.
Take 1 tablespoon (5g) of creatine in the morning before the breakfast with planty of water and one 15min prior to your training.
Take 1 tablespoon of glutamine (5g) in the morning with the breakfast and one immediately after your training. You can adjust the dose of glutamine according to the length and intensity of your training (up to 20g pr day)
